5 Hours · $600 One client. Five uninterrupted hours. A complete day devoted entirely to you. The Full Day Reset is a private, customized wellness experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and create meaningful space for rest, reflection, and restoration. Your experience is shaped around what you need most in this season—whether that’s Reset, Restore, Release, Transition, or Reconnect. Thoughtfully selected treatments and practices may include intention setting, grounding rituals, Harmony Drop Therapy, aromatherapy, sauna or heat therapy, facial and scalp massage, cupping or gua sha, breathwork, meditation, and quiet integration time. There is no rushing and no predetermined formula. Just five uninterrupted hours to step away from the demands of everyday life and give yourself the care, attention, and space you deserve.
